Hi! I’m Anais Palmer, a mortgage broker and licensed loan officer helping people buy homes in Arizona, California, Idaho, and Utah with Lifetime Home Loans.
I’m especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, single moms, veterans, and anyone who feels like homeownership might be out of reach. Truth is - it’s not as far off as it can feel, and I love helping people realize that and get to the closing table.

I’m an Arizona State University alum, a yoga teacher, a wife, and a proud mom of four girls. Outside of work, you can find me paddleboarding the Salt River, eating sushi, staring at sunsets, having fun with family and friends, and rewatching Ted Lasso.

I take pride in this mantra from basic training in the Air Force which is excellence, integrity and service to my clients. I also wrestled along the way, so I have grit and determination to make things happen for my clients. I have been in the home lending industry for just under 6 years and find it extremely rewarding, with my processing and originating experience I understand what a loan needs to get to the finish line quickly.
As a loan officer I enjoy helping families achieve their dream of homeownership. From helping first-time home buyers throw the sometimes-stressful process. With over 30 years of customer service experience there are not many situations I cannot handle.
With the support of my family I have earned his master’s degree in criminal justice and is about to start working for his doctorate. My family is my why. I married my high school sweetheart we have been together since 1991 married since 1994. He has 4 children, whom I extremely proud of, and 4 grandchildren. During my spare time I enjoy my mat side season tickets to ASU wrestling, NASCAR, trips to the zoo with my grandchildren since my wife works there and supporting my grandchildren in all they do from attending their sporting events to school concerts. I cherish these times together and makes sure to not miss my grandchildren’s events. I can be seen most Saturday mornings walking around the zoo with a friend or my grandchildren.
My dedication to excellence and genuine care for my clients has earned me several repeat customers and referrals. I hope being rooted in service, family and pride in serving his clients while understanding the market continues to shape my path while I help my clients achieve their goals of home ownership.
